hari ni masak asam pedas ikan duri utk lunch. kegemaran ibu saya. tetiba rasa nak masak sebab, i miss my moms cooking - ikan duri asam pedas. mak..selamat hari ibu.I miss you. oh..happy birthday mak. so she got free air time for her prepaid handphone and keep calling me...day and night. " mak dpt air time free 1 week, tapi tak tau nak gayut dengan sapa..".he-he.

masa aku duk taip ni, sambil tgk the Biggest Loser. Boleh lah tumpang semangat ek..setelah berfiesta makan last night during family dinner at Aunty Aini's. heheeee...
weh..aku rasa nak stay kat The biggest loser campus lah.

Kae menolak utk join cabaran utk menang 5 ribu USD (chip bernilai 5k yg di bubuh dlm timbunan donut), sebab if nak join 1 pusingan, kena makan sebijik donut, baru boleh pecah-pecahkan donut utk carik chip 5k itu. Kae you inspired me!!!!! she tot that if she win 5k, she could use the money to go home in korea and meet her family, but it cost 300 kalori = sebijik donut and she has a second tot that it's not worth compared to the effort she put to lose weight so far. kagum tak??..mak sujud kejap.

Cabaran triathlon , Holly menang and she chosed Julie to join her. Wahh..they all dpt balik jumpa family for 24 hours. yang bagusnya..they tried to eat healthy. Julie ckp.. she has to change everything especially in food selection sejak join the programe.U can eat...just changed ur food selection. eat pizza without cheese (SEDAP TAK kawan-kawan??), she ate salads....and all the arnab/hamster food. if she could do that..so do i..ye dok..??

Amy voted out..but she lose 100 paun. hebattt!!! bravo..at least ..walau terkeluar, she manage losing 100 paun within few months.

berjuta-juta kolesterol tlh masuk ke dalam badan... (ada aku kesah..ehhh....ayat sapa ni??.pinjam ek..ek)
