The day i started to pufff...pufff...puffff

oh..
i feel so stress..
so...i can feel something wrong with myself.
iye.iye...
mestilah kolesterol makin bertambah...
mestilah perut dah makin boncit..
so...

itried to call my PT..

trutttt!!..trutttt!

me: hellow!
PT: hello..hi catzz!
me: apa kabo?
PT: baik..
me: busy ke?
PT: taklah...
me: (stay quiet)
PT: napa?..nak wat PT ke?
me: yeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! (hahhaa..menjawab dgn sgt excited..tau pun maksud ku..)
PT:ok...i'll see if i can have one session with u this late afternoon
me: ok..ok..i will come around 4/5/6 pm ya??!
PT: ok..i'll confirm in few minutes..
me: tata..

hehehe..
sebenarnya kan..berdebar oke nak call PT aku..disebabkan aku telah begitu selalu me-reject call dia...or kdg dah set PT schedulle tapi aku tak dtg pun..lepas tuh tak inform plak tuh (dgn rasa tak bersalah..jahat)..sms dia pun selalu aku tak layan...or layan2 suam je...
so..
for the 1st time..after raya...
i stepped my foot at gym on tursday...
heh...
so..

PT: muka dah bulatttttttt (eh..dulu muka aku 4 segi ke?.dagu aku panjang cam cucuks botox ke?tak kannn?)
me: ye ke??
PT: ...jom timbangggggg!
me: aaaaaaaaa.......
PT: ok..check skali blood preasure u ye..
me: hem...oke..
PT: haaa..tgkkkkkk naikkkkkkk 3 kilo...(and she compared the results with the previous one which taken in the middle of september)
me: ouwwwww.....
PT: lemak u...dekat lngan naik 100 gm..dekat kaki pun...andddd lemak di PERUT naik 2 kilo
me: HAH!!!??? (aku membayang 2 kilo tepung /gula....ikat kat perut...) oh tidakkkkkkkkkk..
PT: haaaaa..tulaaaaaa...org raya seminggu...ko raya 3 bulan
me:errr....aku tak raya oke...tahun ni tak raya.
PT: tak kiralaaaaaa..ni dah tentu tak excercise...lepas tuh makannnnnnnn je kan?
me:err...errrr..errrr..lately i byk berjalan-jalan..jadinya ..saya kena makan banyak..jika saya tidka makan di sesuatu tempat yg saya pegi..nanti saya jadi kempunan..
PT: hoo..perut pun da mcm mengandung..mengandung ke??
me: TAKKKKK!! TIDAK! (time tuh rasa nak cekik PT tuhh..tapi kutakmo lah krg mati ditali gantung kerana membunuh dengan niat)
PT: ok....pi warm up...then will continue later..

so...i step my foot on the threadmill and ala2 mcm cik kiah..eh...butang mana nak tekan...
anddd.." haaaa..tgkkkk ...nak tekan apa pun dah tak tau!!"
cehh..PT aku duk perati ghopanya...syohhhh..shohhhhhh..pi jauh-jauhla..nyebok je.
aku bukan tak tau...cuma kompius je tetiba...hek..siot.
so...
the 10 minutes on threadmil was like....forever lamanya...
kan azab tu namanya...aku increase speed nak bagi kaki aku kerja kuat sikit.hikhikhik.
pufff...puffff....pufffff...puffff...

then...sambung with other exercise....bicep lah etc..
PT:"haaaa..mulaaaaaa dahh..buat muka nyawa-nyawa ikannn....kamonnn..another 3..oke...16.....17....."
me: dah nak kojol ni......i almost cant lift my hand
PT: bolehhhhhhh..u jgn mengada2..oke....18....19......20......oke....rest 30 seconds..and change position..
me: uwaaaaaa....sambil buat muka ikan mintak nyawa..

so..after few exercise (if tak buat dgn PT...tak koser aku nak angkat dumbel 2.5 kilo each kiri kanan...berat oke...)..buat cardio..for 30 minutes yg aku rasa mcm 10 jam lamanyaaaa..
at first...i wanted to give up at the first 20 minutes (dah plan nak ngelattt awal-awal dlm otak ni.....tapi hati aku memujukk...cammmonnnn u can do it.JANGAN MENTEL!
and finally..ting!ting! complete 30 minutes...
2.56km walking..and 198 kalori burnt...kira oke lah....almost fainted lorrr...nyawa ikan sangat-sangat..
then...
"if u nak kurus...seminggu at least 5 kali hit gym..3 kali dgn saya....2 kali sendiri" - itulah bebelan terakhir yg kudengar dgn muka ala2 senoneng...
so..now...we already fixed the schedulle.. so hopefully i can make it...
my target... 5 kilo reduce...sebab?..lagi 3 minggu aku ada gathering..hahaha..sempat ke???

owww..
now peha sakit..bahu sakettt...kaki sakit..huh
nak turun tangga pun dah mcm king kong aku berjalan...
aahhh.....seksa.....huhuhuhuhu

Huhuhu maka takde la lagi post makan2 kat blog Catz ni ek... heheh takpe lepas ni bawak readers pi makan salad je... menarik tu - salad2 paling sedap around KL... then pi merata la macam Catz selalu pi.

BTW, good luck with the exercise routine hehehe... ikhlas nih.

p/s: doctor tak kasi cahaya exercise sampai target weight achieve. katanya boleh promote lactic acid.
