Healthy food?

Lately..people around me become so conscious about weight...body weight..food intake..and i received 2 calls yesterday.

XX: i measure my cholesterol level..wooo...10... know..habis lah...i measured my blood preasure..wooo..140/90..and i measured my sugar level..wooo..i can be considered as kencing manis ...wooo....i'm worry..worry...ni mesti pasal makan...etc..etc..
me: hurmmm

XX: wooo..i measured again my BP level, my sugar level and cholesterol level..slightly lower compared the one this morning.
me: hurmmm..
And this morning.i read Saira's blog..again..talking about diet..food intake..worry about cholestrol.

Since she's so worry about food intake (diet le tu..)..so i made this for her (utk tgk je le)..

so Saira..u can try this..definately healty and yummy...i made this last night..ok sis...lets cooking.




Ikan bersos asam jawa

Bahan-bahan:

Ikan - sederhana (1 ekor) -tak kisah le ikan apa..catz guna ikan kembung..

tomato- 1 biji

cili api- 5 biji

liamu kasturi - 1 biji

bawang putih - 2 ulas

bawang besar - 1/2 labu

jus asam jawa - 1 cawan

garam

gula

halia


Cara-cara:

Didihkan 2 cawan air dan bubuh hirisan halia serta sedikit garam.

Masukkan ikan, rebus sebentar, terbalik-terbalikkan. Angkat.

Hiris tomato, cili apu, bawang besar dan masukan dlm jus asam jawa.

Tumbuk bawnag putih dan masukkan dlm bancuhan asam jawa tadi. Gaul rata.

Masukkan bancuhan dlam kuali, kacau dan biar mendidih sebentar. Masukkan garam dan gula , seimbang rasa. Masukkan ikan, kacau sebentar. Hidang atas pinggan dan perah limau kasturi.


Sup kobis dan fish ball

Bahan-bahan:

fish ball

bawang besar (bawang kuning) 1/2 labu- dimayang halus

sawi

air

garam

Cara-cara:

Didihkan air, masukkan bawang.

Masukkan kobis dan fish ball.

Bubuh garam.

Biar didih sebentar, kacau.

Hidang.

Kedua-dua menu dimakan dengan secawan nasi sahaja..ye Saira.
