Step by step :Tempe goreng

bahan utama: jintan manis

This entry is dedicated to someone from Perak which now become a tempe goreng lover.
I hope this will guide her how to fry nice tempe and also guide her to differentiate jintan manis and biji ketumbar.


step 1: masukkan bwng putih, jintan dan halia dlm lesung batu.
step 2: tumbuk dengan sepenuh hati..takyah halus sgt.



step3: ambil 3 sudu tepung gandum , 11/2 sudu tepung jagung.
step 4: campurkan tepung jagung, tepung gandum, bahan tumbuk tadi, sedikit serbuk kunyit, garam.



step 5:tambah air pd campuran tadi, jgn cair sgt,jgn pekat sgt, agak-agak.
step 6: hiris nipis tempe



step 7: celup tempe dlm bancuhan tepung tadi
step8: goreng tempe dlm miyak panas hingga coklat/kuning keemasan.
Catz suka yg agak coklat ke arah-arah hangus..hahhaha.
angkat, toskan dan buh atas paper towel.
Hidang dgn sambal kicap (Johor style).

Resepi sambal kicap... cili api danbwg putih ditumbuk lumat. Campur dgn kicap manis.Siapp..
