3.proteins
4.fat sources?? - choose unsaturated (olive oil, nut, etc)
AVOID salt if possible.

check blood preasure frequently
EAT HEALTHY food
limit salt,red meat, food with fat, less sugar/ sweet food
eat mix grains, vege, fruits, low fat food - otomatik lose weight
limit caffein
dont smoke
no alcohol
Manage stress
exercise - brisk walking , 20-30 minutes /session, 3 times/week at least.
LIFE STYLE CHANGES.
have personal time for urself.
